There are three common abnormal parcel statuses during international logistics transportation: parcel delay, parcel loss, and parcel damage.
In response to parcel delays, none of the major logistics providers have announced corresponding compensation standards, meaning that no compensation is provided for parcel delays.
For the two situations of package loss and package damage, we will compensate according to the compensation standards of each route. You can apply for after-sales service or contact our online customer service to apply for compensation.
1. Measurement standard for compensation time limit: The calculation node is set at the point when the package is dispatched from the warehouse;
2. Operation time: January 1, 2025;
3. Compensation method: The user contacts customer service, and after the customer service verifies the situation, the compensation amount will be directly refunded to the user's account;
