Precautions for goods receipt
1. Before signing for the goods, check whether the outer packaging is intact, the seal of the box is intact, and the weight is significantly different
2. Whether or not there are obvious signs of damage or tampering on the outer packaging, it is necessary to inspect the goods in front of the courier before signing for them. Make a note on the delivery note before signing, or refuse to sign if there are any issues
3. If the package is damaged or missing items and was not signed for in front of the delivery person, please retain the outer packaging box (including the sealing tape) and provide feedback to the local post office within 2 days after signing for the package (based on the confirmed delivery time on the logistics provider's website). Additionally, please provide information such as the invoice and photos of the actual goods to assist us in applying for compensation from the post office. Note: If your package is a postal service package such as EMS or SAL, in addition to the aforementioned information (invoice, photos of the actual goods, etc.), you will also need to provide us with a damage report or case number issued by the post office, so that we can collectively provide feedback to the logistics provider for compensation verification.
4. The normal receipt of goods marks the end of the entire transshipment process. Our company will not be liable for any issues that arise with the goods after normal receipt
5. After receiving the package, if you have any issues, please provide feedback to customer service within 72 hours of receipt. Late submissions will not be processed
