Currently, Likeebuy provides a 90-day free storage period for all purchased and transferred goods that have been successfully stored. Additionally, starting from the order status "Stored", the total storage duration of the goods in the warehouse must not exceed 180 days. For goods that have not submitted a parcel tracking number or provided any feedback after exceeding 180 days, Likeebuy will dispose of them as overdue items.

If your goods have been stored in Likeebuy for more than the free storage period of 90 days, you can pay the storage fee when picking up the parcel.

I. Warehousing fee

If you submit your package after the item has exceeded the 90-day free storage period but has not yet entered the destruction stage (i.e., 90 days ≤ actual storage time of the item < 180 days), the system will charge a storage fee at the rate of "0.1 yuan/DI/day" upon submission of the package. The calculation starts from the order status "Received". When you submit your package, the system will automatically calculate and charge your item storage fee. To avoid exceeding the free storage period, we recommend submitting your package tracking number within the 90-day free storage period.

Example: If you have a total of 2 DI products and pick up the package after 100 days of storage in the warehouse, a storage fee of (100-90)*0.1*2=2 yuan will be charged

II. Extending the storage period (10 yuan/month, with a maximum extension of 6 months per purchase, and multiple purchases allowed)

• Service Description: Purchasing an extension of 1 month (i.e., 30 days) for the storage period will be calculated based on the expiration date of the item. That is, if the number of months for which the storage period is extended is t, the storage period of the item will be extended by t*30 days on the basis of the original 180 days. The processing will be completed within 24 hours, and the processing result will be directly displayed on the original order.

Example: If you have one DI product stored in inventory for 120 days and you purchase a 2-month extended storage period, the product's storage period can be extended by 60 days, meaning there are still 120 days of storage (60 days + 60 days).

• Usage scenario: If your goods have been in storage for nearly 180 days and you wish to wait for other goods to arrive at the warehouse before submitting the package for shipment, you can choose to purchase the extended storage service to avoid the destruction of the goods due to exceeding the 180-day storage period.

Assuming the actual storage time of the product in the warehouse is n (0 < n ≤ 180) days, and the number of months you purchase to extend the storage period is t (t ≤ 6), the total storage duration of the product in the warehouse will be extended by t*30 days on top of the original 180 days.

Example: If you have one DI product and purchase a 2-month extended storage service when the inventory has been stored for 120 days (with an overdue countdown of 60 days), the total storage duration of the product will be extended by 2*30=60 days (becoming an overdue countdown of 120 days).

III. How long can goods be stored in the Likeebuy warehouse?

1. The normal storage period for purchased and transferred parcels is 180 days (approximately 6 months), and the free storage period in the warehouse is 90 days. For items exceeding the free storage period, a storage and maintenance fee of 0.1 yuan per DI per day will be charged, calculated from the order status "received in warehouse". If the parcel tracking number is not submitted after 150 days, a friendly reminder email will be sent to the user. If the parcel tracking number is still not submitted or no feedback is provided after 180 days, it will be deemed as abandonment of the item, and we will uniformly handle the expired items (after expiration, the ownership of the item will belong to the Likeebuy platform)

2. The deadline for abnormal parcels (i.e., parcels that have been signed for but without an order submitted or incomplete logistics information) is 60 days, calculated from the time the warehouse signs for the abnormal parcel. Since such parcels cannot be matched with related orders and users, reminders cannot be made. For overdue items, Likeebuy will consider you to have given up custody and agree by default that the ownership of the item belongs to the Likeebuy platform.  

Relevant details:

1. During the custody period, Likeebuy is responsible for the custody of the goods and bears corresponding responsibilities, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the scope of custody (for example, perishable items have a shelf life of only one month).

2. No further prompts or notifications will be given for items processed beyond the deadline.
