1. Standard inspection and photo rules for purchasing orders

The standard inspection service for purchasing covers the screening of all goods for contraband and verifies the appearance information of the goods, including style, quantity, color, size, model, damage, and defects. During the inspection process, we will provide 3 standard inspection photos. After the inspection is completed, the goods will be repackaged and stored in the original packaging (note: the original packaging may not be completely restored). Specific instructions are as follows:

1.1 If you select the "Standard Inspection" option when submitting your order, we will conduct an open-box inspection and take photos of the non-sealed packaged goods.

The specific process includes: checking the style, quantity, color, size, and model of the goods, inspecting whether there are serious defects or missing logos on the front and back of the goods, confirming whether the goods are damaged, and whether there are obvious defects in appearance (such as stains, dyeing, scratches, snagging, and folding damage). (The defect standard is: circular defects with a diameter of more than 0.5cm, and other shaped defects with a length of more than 1cm.) After the inspection is completed, we will provide 3 standard inspection photos. For more information about the photo standard, please click on "Standard Photo" to view the details.  

Special Instructions:

(a) Inspection rules for special orders

For orders with 1 yuan auction, lucky bags, fake product links, no real product links, universal auction, shipping auction, quantity auction, and store product images with blurred details, we cannot verify the style, quantity, color, size, model, and other information of the arrived products because we cannot obtain the real product details. We will only inspect whether there are serious damages, stains, dyeing, or defects on the appearance of the products. Please refer to the inspection photos for specific product details.  

(b) Inspection rules for sealed packaged goods

For all sealed packages, as well as non-clothing/luggage/shoe items with sealed labels or seals, we will not open them for inspection. We will only check the integrity of the outer packaging and determine whether the arrived item is correct based on the information on the outer packaging. By default, we will not open the item's packaging for inspection or photography.  

(c) Inspection Rules for Electrical and Digital Products

For professional products such as electrical appliances, digital products, and electronic peripheral products, their authenticity, functionality, and quality do not fall within the scope of standard inspection. Quality inspectors only inspect the appearance of the product and will not conduct a power-on inspection. If you are concerned about potential power-on issues that may result in return or exchange difficulties after receiving the product, we recommend purchasing the [3C, Electrical Appliance Power-on Inspection] value-added service for the corresponding order in "My Warehouse" after the product is stored.

(d) Situations not included in the scope of inspection

The following situations are not within the scope of inspection:

· Defects in the product that are consistent with the seller's statement;

·  Subjective quality differences in goods;

· Actual use effect of the product (such as color difference, size error, phone case/film model, glasses degree, clothing lining, appearance of the product box, printing quality or missing of non-main logo letters, etc.).  

(e) Inspection rules for intimate apparel

For intimate apparel, if you opt for "Standard Inspection", we will, by default, open the packaging for quality control. If you have concerns about this, please specify "Do not open the original packaging for inspection and photography" when placing your order.  

(f) Purchase order service description

For purchasing orders, we provide the service of picking up the shipping order and invoice by default.  

(g) Inspection rules for handmade products

· Non-sealed packaging figurines: They will be opened and inspected normally.

Sealed packaging figurines: or figurines with sealing labels on the opening of the packaging box, which will not be unsealed for inspection, but only checked for intactness of the outer packaging and serious damage to the packaging box.

· Groove-inlaid packaging figurine: Inspection will not involve taking it out, but will be conducted solely based on the externally visible scope, as illustrated in the figure below.

(h) Standard inspection gift description

If the purchased items in the order are clearly stated to include gifts on the store's homepage details, we will verify whether the gifts have arrived during the inspection.

If the product details do not specify the inclusion of gifts, it is assumed that there are no gifts, and we will not verify the gifts.

· The ownership of any gifts provided by the seller, regardless of their value, belongs to you. We will store all gifts together with the main product and ship them to you.

The criteria for determining whether the product homepage details include gifts are shown in the figure below.

2.1688 commodity purchasing order inspection rules

Based on the different product categories on the 1688 platform, the warehousing methods are categorized into Class A and Class B products. The specific criteria and inspection rules are as follows:

Inspection rules for Class A products

If you choose standard inspection and warehousing, we will conduct "spot checks" rather than full inspections on Category A products.

Inspection rules for Class B products

Category B products are not required to undergo inspection and verification by default. If inspection services are needed, you can purchase spot-check services by specifying additional services in the remarks.

3. Reference table for special intactness standards

The packaging requirements for certain products on the platform specify that the packaging of these products should refer to the standards listed in the table below. If the product packaging does not meet the requirements outlined in the table, the no-questions-asked return and exchange policy will not apply.

Reference table for packaging standards:

(1) New Sneakers :Anti-theft clasp (if any ) and the anti-damage sticker have not been cut/removed, and are fully functional.

(2) Detergent/ Tampon/ Paper/ Fragrance :The one-time sealing packaging (if any)   of the personal care products must remain sealed.

(3) Hair Care/ Wig  :The one-time sealing packaging (if any)   of the hair care products must remain sealed.

(4) Skin Care/ Body Care/ Essential Oil :The one-time sealing packaging (if any)   of the products must remain sealed

(5) Cosmetics/ Perfume/ Beauty Tools  :The one-time sealing packaging (if any)   of the products must remain sealed

(6) Digital Products/ Home Appliances (Excluding   cameras and large home appliances)   :1. The internet access permit is not damaged (destroyed). 2. There is no water damage.        

(7) Digital Camera/SLR Camera/Camera  :The shutter of SLR cameras is not pressed more than 20 times.

(8) Large Home Appliances  :1. LCD TV and air conditioner: have not been installed on the wall. Simple debugging is allowed.2. Washing machine: has not been used with water.

(9) Models/ Anime Products/ Anime-Related   Peripherals/ Cosplay Products/ Board Games:The tapes and plastic seals (when there are any) on products like models, figures, soldier figures, and BJD cannot be removed.

(10) Electronic   Components  :1. No welding operation.2. The integrated circuits have never been installed on any IC base.3. The one-time sealing packaging of consumables like thermal silicon grease/thermal paste, electronic glue/ encapsulating glue/ sealant/ adhesive, conductive glue, and conductive ink must remain sealed.

(11) Level II Category “Game Software” under Level I   Category "Video Game/ Accessories/ Games/ Game Guide "     :The one-time sealing packaging (if any)   of the products must remain sealed

(12) Pet Foods, Health Products, and Drugs   under Level I Category "Pets/Pet Foods and Supplies":The one-time sealing packaging (if any)   of the products must remain sealed

(13) Books/ Magazines   :1. The one-time sealing packaging (if   any) of the products must remain sealed.2. There are no traces of folding,   water stains, stains, ink, and traces left by reading on the product.

(14) Level II Category "Animal Health Products/Veterinary   Drugs" under Level I Category "Ranching/ Farm Products"      :The one-time sealing packaging (if any)   of the products must remain sealed

The one-time sealing packaging (if any)   of the products like food (including supplements), cosmetics, medical devices, contraceptives, personal care supplies, adult supplies, baby diapers, books, and audio-visual products must remain sealed.                

“Sealed” refers to The seals or the plastic wrap on the packaging of the product applied by the manufacturers.
